Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS offers 30+ hours of CE yearly. The classes are offered at various locations to meet the needs of our members.

Upcoming CE Classes:

ETHICS AND CORE LAW MARCH 15th at the Batavia Township Cente First class begins at 9am, second class begins at 1pm. $5 per class for non-members *FREE* for SOAR members Come for one or stay for both!

NAR COURSES

NAR Ethics course/training for new agents.

This is a 2.5 hour online course that satisfies the NAR requirement for new members. It is a free service provided by NAR.

SOAR Orientation for New Members

The Orientation is taught by your peers and acquaints you with the requirements of membership and affords you the opportunity to become more active in the association. It is also required for membership in the prestigious Elite Club.

The class is offered four times annually and new members should attend one class.

Orientation classes and dates and times for 2018 are as follows:
