2024 REALTOR® DUES INFORMATION
| Hello SOAR REALTOR® Members: In an effort to assist you with planning for the upcoming 2024 year, please see the below breakdown of your 2024 REALTOR® Dues, as well as a comparison of the 2023 vs 2024 Dues. Summary of Dues: SOAR Primary Members: Your Primary Local Association invoices you for your NAR, Ohio, & Local Association Dues (Local Association’s do not all charge the same Local Association Membership Fee…so this amount can vary from one Local Association to another) 2024 REALTOR® Dues (Includes NAR, OHIO, & SOAR) = $641 **2024 REALTOR® Dues with Optional RPAC Donation = $656 SOAR In-State Secondary Members: A Secondary In-State SOAR Member is a member that already holds a Primary Membership with a different Local Association, which means that an In-State Secondary SOAR Member is only responsible for paying the SOAR Local Association Membership Dues. 2024 SOAR Secondary In-State Member Dues = $145 **2024 SOAR Secondary In-State Member Dues w/Optional RPAC Donation = $ 160 SOAR Out of State Secondary Members: A Secondary Out of State Member is a member that has a Primary Local Association in a different State; but is also licensed and affiliated with a brokerage in the State of Ohio. This member is responsible for paying both Ohio and SOAR Local Association Member Dues. 2024 Out of State Secondary Member Dues = $440 **2024 Out of State Secondary Member Dues with Optional RPAC Donation = $455 ***Please note: When you compare NAR, OHIO, & SOAR Dues you will see that your SOAR Local Association Dues have not increased from last year; NAR Dues have increased by $6 from 2023; and Ohio has increased $75 from 2023. SOAR has no control over any increase from NAR or Ohio, but it is SOAR’s responsibility, as the Local Association, to invoice and remit payment for our Primary Members through ecommerce to both NAR and Ohio. 2024 Dues Invoices: SOAR will be sending out 2024 Dues Invoices by November 15th. The DEADLINE for payment is January 1st, 2024. Please take a moment and check that the information in your SOAR Member Profile is correct (specifically phone #; email address; Brokerage Affiliation).
