Elite Club Award Gala
“Old Hollywood”

Purpose:
To recognize the outstanding sales performance of individual Realtor® or team members in good standing with the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors®, Inc.

Contest Year:
The contest year is for transactions closed or MLS Sold Price recorded during the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Sales Volume can be earned in any state.

Sales Volume:
Sales Volume is 100% of MLS Sold Price. Both the Listing and Selling Agent claims 100% of MLS Sold Price.  If more than one agent is listed as the Listing or Sales Agent then the Sales Volume is split equally between them.  Example:  MLS  Sold Price:  $100,000 with 2 Listing or Selling Agents.  Each Listing or Selling Agent would split 50/50.  MLS List Price $100,000/2 Listing or Selling Agents = $50,000 Sales Volume each.

The 2026 Elite Club “Old Hollywood” Awards Gala will be held March 13th, 2026
Dinner Reservations are $65.00 per person
