If you are NOT a current Affiliate member but wish to join the Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS®, please note that initial membership fees are prorated based on the month you join. Proration of fees is as follows:

SOAR will send an invoice to the Representative on file via E-Mail and Standard Mail several months in advance of the due date. Please make sure the contact information we have on file is correct, and if any changes need to be made, you may let us know via e-mail, or by submitting the information via the “Update Contact Information” form found

HOW TO PAY

OPTION 1: Credit Card Payments Online
When the dues billing cycle becomes active, you will have the option to pay your yearly dues via credit card on our website. Payments are processed securely, and you will receive confirmation and receipt once the payment is processed.

OPTION 2: Credit Card Payments via Phone
We can process Credit Card Payments securely over the phone Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You may contact the SOAR office at 513-528-2657. After payment is processed, you will receive confirmation and receipt at the e-mail address we have on file.

OPTION 3: Check Payment
Make your check payable to Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS®.
